I came to this dealer for service, because of a poor experience with another dealer. I had a simple rotation and oil change. It was scheduled online. It was done quickly while I sat in a clean waiting area. Nice service. Some other dealers don’t honor scheduled appointments, amazingly. I will buy here next time.
I had such a wonderful experience buying a used vehicle with the help of Anisa Ames. I live on the East Coast, but found a used Land Rover at this dealership on AutoTrader and reached out. Anisa immediately replied and sent me a personalized video walk-around of the car. They allowed me to get it inspected onsite by a third party mechanic as well. We agreed to a price over the phone, and arranged a day for me to fly out to get the vehicle. Anisa coordinated everything from there. The minute I showed up the vehicle was sitting by the front door ready to go. Finance and everyone was ready for me so I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. The car had been wonderfully detailed inside and out after having just been traded in, and I was able to do a test drive to triple check everything. Anisa knew I had a long drive home and checked in to make sure I was doing well on the way. She followed up later on to make sure the car met my needs, and helped me pull together information for out-of-state taxes/tags/title. Really just an excellent experience from top to bottom. Would highly recommend, and wouldn't mind making the long trip again if I ever see another vehicle I like on the lot. Thank you!!!
The salesman, the management and finance departments were all top notch. I was given a fair price for my trade, negotiations on the vehicle I wanted were painless. Part of my deal included getting a bedliner installed, service called within hours of my leaving to book the appointment. Great place to do business.
From the minute we walked in we felt welcome. Everyone that walked by had a smile on their face and we were always greeted. It was nice to feel like we were actually cared for. No pressure from the sales team and they just wanted to make sure we got the best service. Venis was a great person to work with!
