Stopped by today to look for a new RV that is to be my new home. The sales staff seemed not to interested in selling me one and I felt like I was bothering them with basic questions. They did have one that I am highly interested in but I will drive to a different dealership to buy. Just a hint folks if someone is willing to spend 346,000 dollars on a coach then a little customer service is expected.
As always, McKee has great employees. We traded our motorhome this spring for a new Thor. Charlie has been great about any questions we've had. This new one has a lot of electronics and he's answered, shown is and explained how things work. He is very knowledgeable about the Thor Motorhome.
We dropped in a few weeks ago to look. Found this gem and Charlie was more than happy to show it to us. He's a great salesman and if he doesn't know an answer, he's finds the people who do. We drove home and contemplated, researched and texted questions. Ended up buying our first motorhome with smiles on our faces and the best experience we've ever had at a dealership. Definitely recommend McKee RV.
Like many people looking for a new bus, the internet to gather facts, friends that own one for advice and brands that fit your needs. After a phone call to Randy. Off we drove for 3 hours. Upon arriving Randy reached out about our arrival time. He was prepared with my 100 questions. And found an amazing Bus. During the sale his knowledge on topics Was logical and he made it simple to understand. But what separate good to great is his service afterwards it has been amazing including a month later
Very disappointed with there service!!!!! All they care about is making a sale!!! They say there going to do things and takes a long time 4 months now waiting on jacks to be worked on!! Never finished !!!!
