We planned to drop off the car around 5pm to pick up sometime the next day, but we learned that they were open till 7pm (M-Th) and that they'd be able to service it while we waited. This was great since other appointments on our schedules had made figuring out when we would have been able to pick it up a challenge otherwise.

I purchased vehicle from them over the summer. I was happy with my purchased. I wish all the people that work there would wear mask. Seem like none of the employees at the sales or services departments wear mask.

Decent price, willing to work with me on the price, and Chris was an excellent, no pressure Salesperson! This is not the first time I have purchased a car from this Dealership, and I will return here in the future, when in need of a different vehicle!nI would advise anyone, to check here, when you are in the market for a new or used car/ truck!

I called for a tire replacement and was told to show up at noon. The guy I spoke to had poor customer service, which is whatever. What upset me is I drove from Adel just to be told they didn't have my tire size. If they had good customer service they would have checked this when I had called.
