Great experience. Moved from Cedar Rapids and needed a large storage unit for a few months while we searched for a new home. They were excellent in helping me with my needs. They even transferred me to the Waukee location when I suggested it would be closer. Unit was clean, location was very secure. I had NO issues with water, mice, etc.nExcellent Customer Service! Would highly recommend.

Where are the claims staff that handle claims against Storage Mart and units??nnWhat is the fee for that Storage Mart’s “alleged property monthly premium” added on to the billing statements when in reality I was told by the manager Mary....do the claim and take it to office and “they” will send to Claims... WTF!nnWHO IS THEY AND WHO IS CLAIMS??nnWhile I sit here looking at the damages to my property due to my unit 2104 having water and mold, which is a health hazard, I will start contacting and informing the real authorities and social media of this fraudulent practices displayed by staff that receive a paycheck from Storage Mart and assumes they have the authority to override the law and business policy practices as set out by the Iowa and Federal Laws and Regulations.nnAlso I am disabled by wheelchair and Tourette’s.nnCivil Rights and ADA, Federal and State Consumer Protection agencies are on my bucket list today.

Storage Mart is a clean and convenient place for temporary storage. The price is reasonable and and employees are helpful. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and safe environment for their storage goods.

I don't normally write reviews, but this was necessary. Manager does a fantastic job, I rent out for work and these guys go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need. My unit is clean and I have had no issues what so ever.nnAbsolutely great service. Wish I had this sort of help every where else I go!

I was driving in from out of town with my stuff and got a call from Storage Mart that I would not be able to use the unit I had previously reserved. I'm not sure why, as I had reserved online, talked to Rico when he called me back about it shortly thereafter, then went in to the office in person to change the reservation several days prior.nnThis could have been a huge problem, but Rick already had a great solution in mind when he called me, so it was pretty much fixed before I even knew it was an issue.nnTheir professionalism and customer service in this resulted in a great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will use them again in the future.
