Omg, had brisket, so gooood! 1st time at FHS, will be back.
The service here was very lackluster with two employees who could barely be bothered to take an order and while definitely understaffed lacked any motivation to advise that after make 90% of the order was available that a key part of the meal was not available. Their only solution was to call a manager in order to get a refund. No other solutions were available. While the employees were unmotivated they were nice to an extent but this issue with the good was poorly communicated and a lack of on site manager makes any refund process long and arduous and feel counterproductive.
I got a large new york steamer and it was quite possibly the best NYS I've gotten from any firehouse subs ever. It was sliced perfectly. Maybe a bit too much sauce but otherwise absolutely delicious.
This is my favorite Firehouse location. Staff has been friendly ever time and I love the Brisket Cheddar Smokehouse sandwich. Online order was a great option during the no dine-in period.
This is the worst place to work because the people here don't know how to treat their employees with no respect at all. I used to work here and this place is no place to work because you don't get no hours or the proper traing you need to learn.
