Great pizza, local down the street always order but lately staff and manager Sarah have been very unprofessional! Surprised by all the five star reviews. The last few months every time we try to order we get hung up on. REPEATEDLY? You walk in staff is also very unprofessional acting. Don’t care if I worked at pizza chain dominoes or five start joint act professional.. I was laughed at by the Sarah manager when I told her both my boyfriend and I were hung up on in the last ten minutes. They need new staff.
Basic, easy to make pizzas are good, cheesy bread was good, but when it comes to their specialty pizzas or adding double buffalo sauce on a pizza? forget it. 3 times i’ve ordered buffalo chicken pizza with double sauce, and it’s still not correct. All Doninoes can do is credit the account holder, still leaves me with an incorrect order. Why have the option if you’re not going to put it on?
Fast, hot, accurate and delicious. Not sure how much more you can ask for. Order/delivery app works great and notifications let you know each step of the process. Delivery driver was friendly and even thanked me for the funny delivery note. Will absolutely order from them again next time we come through town.
This is the best Domino’s I have ever eaten at. My order is always correct and delicious, and delivery is fast. Thank you!!
I ordered 2 medium pizza today & when I went for the pick up there was only one employee so far in the store & she was not wearing a mask. I strongly feel that at least people working in food production & restaurants should wear masks for everyone's safety. We called the store after reaching home & spoke to the store manager & ask them if we can return the pizza & get the refund. However they said they will process the refund. Meanwhile they said since it was hot they did not wear the mask today. I usually order for pizza home delivery very frequently & today was the first time I went to the store for pick up. But this was my experience.nI don't have any complaints about the food, but I expect staff to wear a mask when they are in kitchen.
