We ordered a bucket of chicken and it was fantastic I would say even better than Kentucky fried I give them five stars.
Food is much better under new owner. Quality has improved 100 percent. Pizzas taste better a little slow on coming out and the Chicken bars was full and maintained and ginger lickin
We arrived at around 4:30, hardly any chicken was out, which was dry and hot hot, only one and a half pizza were on line and were dry, left over. When chicken was brought out to the line only five or six pieces for three tables. Not a good meal for the prices they now charge, even for us being seniors! I would say they are going done hill from the quality we've had in the past there. And we eat at several pizza Ranch stores!
Food/service good! Rewards program needs a complete makeover! You're cards never scan when you have buy one buffet, get one for free. Total bait and switch!
Staff was friendly. However, food had no flavor. We requested taco pizza and the dough was still dough at the bottom. My boyfriend ate the toppings. Every pizza we ate needed to be cooked 5 more minutes. A lot of food seemed to be out from lunch. I had “Iowa corn on the cob” and it was disgrace to Iowa, tasted like rubber. Ate three dessert pizzas though, couldn’t finish anything else all the way through.
