My sandwich looked disgusting. I could see imprints where fingers had pushed into the dry bread and the whole thing looked like it had been sat on. Asked for napkins... no napkins. Asked for Mayo packets.... no Mayo packets.
Staff is extremely rude and is so slow. I keep giving them another chance to redeem themselves, but every delivery takes 1+ hour. Orders are never right even when I go in person. I have never had so many issues with a Jimmy Johns.
Excellent, they seem to be a little short staffed but otherwise excellent service an top notch quality sandwiches.
first time going there definitely not worth the hype asked for a ham and cheese sandwich with pickles not hard to mess up well they did gave me a blt sandwich and almost 20 dollar mess up
Slow. Sandwich took over an hour to make. Took them an hour to also deliver it. granted, during the busy time. but I'd assume they still be somewhat quick. go somewhere else for a quick lunch
