My friend and I went in, and having never bought a designer bag before and being a bit younger, we were worried. Both of us have been kind of pushed aside at other designer stores and we didn't get that feeling here at all! My friend ended up buying the cutest hang bag and Monique was so freaking amazing, super friendly and just all around fantastic.
Personally never bought anything here due to the prices. However, I do enjoy browsing and fantasizing about walking out with a purchased Coach wallet or purse and the sales associates have always been respectful and helpful to me despite knowing 50/50 they'll get let down from no sale. Great place!
I have not ever once been greeted at this place. The employees are stuck up. I walked around the store 3 times and there were 5 employees and not ONE said anything to me.
Awesome is the word I use to describe the Jordan Creek store. Always well taken care of a treated very special . Matt & staff are top notch . I’ve been a customer since day one & wouldn’t think of shopping for coach any place else! Awesome!!!
