Oakley Store

First off 5 stars does not equal anything close to the amazing customer service I received today. Went into this store looking for a new pair of oakley’s not having any clue what type I wanted this time. Jake the store manager if I remember correctly helped my wife and I out to find the perfect pair. Even when I couldn’t find a pair at first he was pulling the frames I liked and showing me every type of lense they offered for that frame. With trying on many pairs he didn’t mind at all even with him having to sanitize them all afterwards. He was very knowledgeable on every frame and lenses they had to offer. After we found the pair of sunglasses I was looking for we looked around the store at shirts and hats. I was looking for a certain size but didn’t see it on the shelf in the shirt I wanted. He overheard me say they don’t have my size and he went into the back and grabbed my size for me without even asking him if they had more. He knew what he had in the back room and if they offered the shirt in short sleeve or long for that matter. Jake was great to talk to and extremely helpful! Will definitely be sending everyone I know to this store because of him!nnJake if you see this THANK YOU again for going above and beyond every expectation I had! That was the best customer service I’ve ever received inside of Jordan Creek Mall or in general actually! Will be coming back to get some more accessories and probably a couple more pairs!

Went in with a pair of brand new oakleys I bought for my boyfriend to see if they were authentic. The customer service I got was incredible. The gentleman named Jesse was so nice, educated and helpful!

I had a fantastic experience at this store on 5-4-19. I have a hard-to-fit face when it comes to eye wear, and Jesse was AMAZING to work with! Jesse had me try on several frames to get a feel for what looked good on me, then pulled literally dozens of frames that he felt may look good. Together, we found three different styles of frames that look great on me, and I will be buying them all!nnIf you are anywhere near Des Moines, and needing some Oakley eye wear, this store is absolutely the place you should go!
