One of the employees was very unhelpful when I asked if they had a certain size in the back. She seemed like she didn’t wanna help & the supposedly manager wouldn’t give us a full refund on our return because we didn’t have the same card but my card had expired and I had to renew it. It’s still the same account & I had proof I paid for it. When you pay in a visa debit you are allowed to get a full refund back within your card or cash back. He continued to argue with us saying he was following the policy but ended being rude and only giving us store credit back when really we could’ve have it back on my card. Plus the girl employee kept yawning and acted like she didn’t want to help no one at all.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Unfortunately, Pax Sun's return policy is terrible for customers. Although the employee was very kind & helpful in trying to find what my son wanted, we could not return shoes received as a gift, even with the receipt because they were purchased 31 days ago. So, anything purchased around Thanksgiving - when people shop for Christmas - is more than 30 days old & can only be returned for store credit. Since they did not have the shoes in his size, we had to take store credit & no shoes. Not a great Christmas gift for a 10 year old. Also, the store credit had to be signed by me and I am the only person who can use it - with identification. Rediculous. We will not shop here again.

Another great store for the trendy shoppers. Has very popular name brands for both men and women. Prices can be a bit high here but the items do not lack in quality. This store is always nice and organized and I rarely see it left as a mess.
