In the past I have been impressed by Soma, their products, and their customer service. I really love Soma, but after my recent experience I think I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.nThe woman who was supposed to be helping me was extremely stubborn and rude. When she measured my bra size, it was different than what I have worn in the past. That being said, I politely requested that she pull a few different sizes for me to try on because the first size felt uncomfortable. She kept telling me that this is what I measured and told me that the size I asked for wouldn’t fit.nHer whole attitude was terrible. I would ask her for a different size or color and she would sigh and mutter under her breath and then toss it at me. She clearly did not want to help me- I can spend over $100 somewhere else and not be treated this way.nShe also made several comments about how young I looked. I didn’t think anything of that at first, but once she realized I was actually buying things her whole demeanor changed. I can only assume she thought I was wasting her time because I couldn’t afford to buy very much because I was young. I don’t think anyone wants to feel that way, and if you don’t want to either definitely steer clear of this store.

I've been there twice now, and both times have been amazing. I had issues with finding bras that worked for me at a popular underwear chain, and they were able to find the perfect one for me that accommodated my needs and is super comfortable! I never would have thought to try this style if it werent fir the amazing staff that made sure to find the perfect bra for me. I'm never going back to other bra brands again!

My best friend went here today to buy bras after an hour of a very nice associate helping try to find options for someone with 32 g breasts a manager walks into the dressing room scolds the employee, then talks about how that employee was new, then starts scolding my friend about not knowing her body. My friend not only knows her body but also the measurements... without warning the manager ran her hand up my friends back and continued to scold her because she could fit 2 fingers between her spine and the strap.... all and all I hope the employee finds a job with better management and strongly recommend anyone with PTSD or anxiety issues shop elsewhere...
