I’m a Nike Plus Member. I love Nike products but the customer service is horrible. It clearly says on their website that they close at 7pm. When you call.... the automated system says 7pm. When you get to the store. They say they close at 6:30pm????? A family and I were walking in and were abruptly approached and asked to leave. We asked why because it was 6:40pm. We advised them all their public information say 7pm! We were told we had to leave and we couldn’t purchase. If you guys close at 6:30pm please put that in your website. You don’t know where people are coming from to make the trip to West Des Moines. You could Atleast due your due diligence to let people know the right information. It’s poor customer service. They also said the reason for closing early was to wipe the place down. Well... sounds like the customer should get their time to shop until 7pm. Then you guys wipe down after. Restaurants do it all the time. They have a closing time and then a cleaning time. Sounds like to me your cutting shoppers time down so employees can leave early.

Great selection of shoes and active wear within a spacious store. Be prepared to spend some time browsing but there are some great deals.

One of my favorite nike factory stores. Normally. I have great customer service, but today we didn't have any interactions with employees, which was strange.

Only seem to have 1-2 pairs of L men's basic socks (men's shoe 12+) at a time. Otherwise good experience with helpful staff, easy to navigate, etc.
