Absolutely disappointed at the customer service, its just beyond how people should act. I had a return and didn't have a receipt she yelled at me and told me next time I need to have a receipt . The manager heard her yelling at me and she came over to see if everything was okay. She took her off the floor and i came back few min later and the same lady was working the register. Clearly they don't have any rules or regulations.
Won’t let you in the store without a mask even if a customer has a medical condition where wearing a mask is not possible. Thank you for letting me know to go shop elsewhere.
I love Nordstrom so so very much. I love their customer service, their goods are quality..
