The staff was super friendly and always have great customer service. I appreciated the help of one staff member (Dalton) in particular for trying to help me with an issue regarding my Ford Pass app. His time and effort was greatly appreciated by both myself and my aunt!
I am car transporter contracted through the major makers. I deliver usually on a weekly basis and have become friends with the back of the house. When you work with the back of the house, you learn many things about that establishment. Recently, a good friend of mine was involved in an accident and was in need of a vehicle asap. Obtaining a referral from the back, Chad Lane ensured my friend was taken care of in a timely matter. The friendliness, professionalism was outstanding! Above 5 star service!
