Deeks Pizza

If anyone reads this please,please please DO NOT order from them.we waited over 2 hours for our food,called them 3 times in between and were told the driver was on the way. We called back again and were told they had called us and we refused our order.this is a recurring excuse with this place,read the reviews. Oh,if you talk to them about your dissatisfaction you will be rudely and unprofessionally treated. don't waste your hard earned money at this horrible establishment. Would have given a 0 if I could have.

Website wasn't difficult to use but not really user friendly either. Ordered food then waited an hour and a half for them to deliver it. I ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks and I live a block away. I figured an hour is just used as a general time frame. After an hour passed, wife called and said driver was just leaving. Again 1 block away. Ten min later, called again and 9said driver was just leaving. Told him he said that 10 minutes ago to my wife and that we live a block away, then pretty sure he just hung up. Then pizza showed up 5 minutes later, luke warm and it isn't even that good. 40 bucks for piss poor service and subpar pizza. I'd have just ordered from a chain at that point.

Ordered a pizza and some sides, entered all my contact info on the app and waited 90 minutes for it to arrive, called in and they tell me the driver tried to contact but never received a phone call. Management states that phone number was incorrect, nobody came to the door as I was waiting like I usually do when I order delivery, this is twice now they have messed up and will not be ordering from them again, very poor customer service

I would like to give a 5 star since our order got to us in 40 minutes instead of 60 minutes which is what the confirmation stated it would be. However due to off timing we did not make it home before the driver. But instead of calling like every delivery driver when they get here has she just stayed on the porch and waited. When my husband got home the delivery driver proceeded to chew him out for not being home and said don’t bother ordering pizza if your not home. Now you’ve made me late for all my other deliveries.nMy husband didn’t know I ordered anything as it was a surprise for my son. We’ve never had anyone that rude deliver from anywhere before. No we didn’t make it home due to traffic and thought we had enough time. But you don’t need to do that in front of a child either.

I called in to order a pizza and couple of other things. When I have them my address I was told I wasn’t in their zone but I nicely explained I was closer to their store then their West Fargo store. The employee looked and agreed and said that the pizza should be there soon. I put my phone down to go take of some things and I come back to a missed call from them. I called back and was told they don’t deliver to my area. So I suggested I go pick it up and they told me their lobby was closed, and said that they close at midnight, when their website and google both say 3. I was told I could not pick it up and it would not be delivered. I was told the money would go back on my card but they offered no real solution to the problem. They didn’t even apologize. I have had their pizza before and I was actually pretty good but I did not appreciate the service I received.
