Last year bought my new vehicle at keast Ford in Harlan worst experience ever.. not to mention their service department is horrible when I brought both my vehicles in for service .. sales people are also very rude ..so after looking for a vehicle there at their lot and nobody could take the time to assist us I came home and found a vehicle online here at team Ford and next day we drove home with our new vehicle our sales rep Joya made it the most wonderful experience so we will be bringing our business here from now on!

Keith is good at what he does. I'm in the middle of the buying process, and happy so far. One criticism is, I dont like being pressured to purchase add on items, like the paint and upholstery care thing that costs over $900. It honestly cheapens the whole buying experience. Sort of typical tacky car sales stuff, im sorry to say. Otherwise, happy.
