Ask for Steve Hagen as a salesman, he has a great personality and no pressure and i really like that. We bought our other car from him, and now came back to buy another one. They were both Buick's. We love those Buick's they are very smooth riding cars.

Bought a new truck from them that I found online. Living approximately 6 hours away we were able to make a deal where they would deliver the truck. Upon delivery truck was dirty with pollen and dust. Washed the next day only to notice scratches down the front of the hood where it looks as though something slid down it. Contacted dealership and was told to try some wax, which did help. However, scratches remained along the whole edge of the hood. Was then told to try and lightly buff out. This is a brand new truck... I shouldn’t be having to buff out a line of scratches. Sales manager contacted me via email, states if I were local they would buff it out for me, since I’m not good luck and hope it’s not too bad of a process.. maybe the dealership is good to work with if your local, however if not I’d shy away.nn***update per response from dealership. I got the same exact response when I did the Chevrolet customer satisfaction survey, so it must be an automated message. I contacted your sales manager and he was the one who said if they were local they would buff it out for me, since I’m not good luck and hope it’s not too bad of a process.. very disappointing, again I would stay away if not local.

What a great team you have in Dewitt. It was kinda busy, but not once did I feel like I wasn't important. Even got a personal call to make sure I was happy!

I ordered a new truck in 2018 through Billions in Iowa City. Billions dropped the ball. Completely. Forced to reorder another new truck in 2019 due to Billion's incompetence, (they not only cannot distinguish between Chevrolet and GMC, they didn't seem at all concerned about how they set my business plan back a year) and knowing EXACTLY what I wanted, I made a dealer request for quotes and Kriegers was the only one in Eastern Iowa that followed through. Steve Hagens kept me updated, returned my calls, and more importantly - ordered the truck I ordered, to my satisfaction. All in all, it took almost two years to get the truck I need to keep my business running, and due to model changes by GM, not entirely optioned as the 1999 would have been, but thanks to Kriegers I have a new 2020 GMC and can keep my business on the road.
