I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere for service; Nick will say whatever he feels like saying and neither him nor his manager will stand behind what he says. I cannot speak to their sales department, though I can’t imagine it’s far off.nnAs I am not local to the area, I had them inspect a truck I was considering from another local dealer. They said the truck was in great condition minus a few dents and scratches. Here’s what they “missed”:nn* Out of alignmentn* All 6 tires for various different reasons “Have 30k miles left on them”, but all were replaced within two months of taking delivery of the vehicle.n* Steering boxn* Weak batteryn* Entire truck needs resprayedn* Reverse sensor repaired incorrectly, effectively making them useless (was obvious when backing up)n* Tailgate hinge insertsn* Rear bumper cover very beat upnAnd a few other things that I’m forgetting at the moment.nnThere’s also the topic of the brakes. I didn’t include this in what they missed because they did not miss it; they never checked them. This is where Nick fell short; if I had a recording of this, I’d have already filed the lawsuit. He flat out lied about the brakes, stating “They have about 30k left on them”. I found out 4 months into ownership that the brakes actually had about 4k left on them at the time he said that. Called up my local dealer and was told 1.2k for parts for the fronts *alone*.

Friendly and courteous. They were willing to work with us so we could get the truck we were looking for.
