After researching for a few months, I finally bit the bullet and drove 3 1/2 hours to Guttenberg to buy my first travel trailer. There is no BS at this place. Let me tell you, they get you in, get you out, and treat you great in between. Zero stress and no pressure. Highly recommend this place!

I drove from Michigan to this location in Iowa for an F-150. I had found it online and they were very responsive to any questions I had and accommodating my trip out there. They were even nice enough to help with my rental car drop off.nnNo high pressure sales and everyone was very nice. The truck has been great and is exactly what I was looking for.

Brown's is a family in there and you can tell. When they talk with other co-workers, how they do work and approach business - it's a family environment that makes you feel comfortable.nnThere are very few that like to go buy something from a dealership (whether it be an vehicle or camper) because of the awkward sales negotiation process. I enjoy working with sales people, so my experience was nothing but 5 stars. Right out of the gate, Jeff worked with me and then accepted my final offer.nnThen comes the process if it's a used vehicle/camper how to get service on it. This is where Brown's shined. Rodney, Kim, Laura and Mickey all gave me advice and now that the camper is home - I am so glad that I listened. They talked with me and gave me advice as if it were their own which builds trust. Let's face it, we are all neophytes when it comes to things outside of our day jobs. What makes it great is when we can trust someone to make recommendations because we feel more at ease. There is no other place that I will go to have our camper serviced than Brown's.nnOverall the experience was great. My family is happy which makes me happy and it was all possible by Brown's.nnChris.

We were very pleased with our purchasing experience at Brown's Sales and Leasing. Jim and Grant were very informative and friendly. They were kind enough to bring down from the Elkader store the red Blazer( that we eventually bought) for us to look at even though we said we would take the black one and Grant had the paper work all completed for us to sign. We just couldn't say no to the red Blazer after looking at both side by side. I would recommend Brown's to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. Thanks again guys. p.s. This was my husband's first brand new vehicle purchase (unless you count his lawn mower!) and my second, and we ain't spring chickens. It was a great experience working with those two professionals.

Had two vehicles picked out to look at. They knew I was coming but still took over an hour to get them to the dealership. Got the loan for the car which was great but messed up on the POA. Still waiting for titles and spare key to arrive for me to sign and send back. We have purchased all of our vehicles from Brown's in Elkader but this time used Guttenberg. Rich was great but his hands were tied as far as the service went. I truly think he was embarrassed.
