Very helpful and friendly staff and salespeople! Found a car for me that checked almost all the boxes! Kristi, Jim and Grant were able to make it happen and now I have the car I've been waiting for!

Just wanted to say Browns in Elkader gave me the best service I've ever had there today. Had my car towed in over the weekend. I called at 8am and they had it going In shop already . Talked to Tyler on phone. He called about my warranty gave me info I didnt get when buying warranty. Had parts and I was on my way out the door by 1230pm. Thank you to all involved. I had to wait a few minutes when I got there. Didnt make it to customer lounge as I ran into Greg and stood and visited with him so also thanks to greg for keeping me company. You guys were all amazing.
