Really wanted to give a good review. Asked if the vehicle I was buying would pass a safety inspection and they told me yes and if not to let them know and they would make it right. Well, it didn't pass so I called to let them know.nGot the run around and now ignoring my calls and messages. I guess I bite the bullet and pay the 300 to get it to pass.
Blew a tire in the middle of the night. Called T.J and they came and got us and took us to their shop in Murray. Got us a new tire and had us back on our way very quickly. Would definitely recommend.
I called this company to get a tow from Orient to Grimes. I was so glad they were available to do it as I was not having much luck finding a closer tow company that could do a long tow. He did call the first day he was suppose to do it and cancelled because of unforeseen issues at his shop which was understandable and he informed me he could do it the next day first thing in the morning. He showed up at 10. He had a issue getting a good angel and hit the neighbors picnic table and didn't say anything about hitting it to me. But when the neighbor called him to settle this issue (the table got damaged) he told my neighbor he didn't hit anything. So I've taken pictures of damages and the tire marks in the snow from his tow truck that go right to the table.nIts disrespectful (and illegal) to damage someone's property and not take accountability for the damages you cause when the proof is right there. Needless to say we will not be calling this company ever again.
