Excellent customer service and follow up care! Up front about everything we inquired about when purchasing a used car and happily took care of a couple small issues after the sale. We're 3.5 hours away and would definitely go back and purchase from them again!
I told them I had a problem that originated in the trunk of my car, so they first tore out my stereo in the front dash and later found out (after charging me $576) there was a corroded wire in...you guessed it my trunk, also asked them to fix my trunk so that water didn't leak into it, $227 dollars and one trunk seal later i found after the first rain it still definitely leaks. They also replaced all the electronics in my car for $828 dollars but since it still leaks those are once again going bad. Overall they did unsatisfactory work, they charged me for a bunch of parts that didn't need to be replaced in my car and I'm still currently having problems with my car after they serviced it. You would think by spending almost $2000 dollars that my car would come back in somewhat better condition than what it did. Perhaps not charging me for a used DVD player to throw into my dash...when all they had to do was replace a wire in my trunk? I wish I could give you all a picture of this bill I'm looking at that had to be paid before I got my car back lol... wouldn't recommend this place.
Excellent experience at Vern Laures!! I recently purchased my first car from Donald over at Vern Laures and had a terrific experience! Donald was very helpful and accommodating. There was no pressure to purchase after test driving. We explained that we wanted to look at other options, and he very understanding. Loved my experience there and will definitely be back! We were heading south with our camper, pulled in there and they serviced us right away!!! Even offered us a loaner vehicle!!! EXCELLENT. CAN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH!!!
