Dont have their mechanics fix any of your things. I paid cash wasent given a receipt and they changed my oil even though I didnt ask them to. Later I found out when they changed my oil they put the filter in wrong. Which broke something and led to me having to replace my whole engine.

I was traveling from out of state in a rental car. I got trapped in a snow storm and had to stay in town. I had gotten a flat tire before the storm and was driving on the spare. I was on my way to Mayo. I called them the next morning and told them about all my bad luck. They told me bring the car and the would have me back on the road in minutes. They were so nice. This is a place to do business with.

I just cant say enough good about EVERYONE who works at K&W. Kris has hired knowledge staff, trust worthy mechanics, sales people you can rely on, and a service you cant beat. If she doesnt have the vehicle you are looking for, she will find it AND beat the prices of other dealers. Everytime I need service they either pick my car up and bring it back or I get a free loaner. The building is bright and clean. Definately worth the drive to go see them.
