M & H Gas Station

I unfortunately had a bad experience at the car wash with a very rude employee today. The guy was being absolutely mean because it was loud and I couldn’t hear him. (I’m hard of hearing to begin with) I then went to the store and while checking out I was on the phone with my boyfriend telling him about said experience and my cashier Kayla overheard me. She sincerely apologized for what happened and was so sweet. She was understanding and kind. She told me she was going to make sure the guy was spoken tonAbout how he treats people so this doesn’t happen again. And then she even offered me a free car wash. Thank you Kayla for your amazing customer service I didn’t plan to return to this Gas station but because of you I will!!!! You should be a manager you handled my situation so well. I appreciate you and your hard work! :)

Great employees make all the difference! Driving by, the may look like every other gas/convenience store. But everyone here is so genuinely nice. This 5 start review includes everyone, including Shawn in the car wash. Great attention to detail when he’s pre-spraying. He’s so good, when you come out of the car wash there is not even one spot where you feel you have to touch it up because it’s not quite clean. Great job Shawn! Thank you M & H!
