The level of customer service that Matt's provided was the best I have ever experienced with a shop. I am usually hesitant about going to a new shop but went with Matt's because they had a good reputation and were really close to my workplace. They are streamlined with communicating with the customer clearly with their mobile app, e-mail and phone. They explained each procedure/repair they recommend and also gave me option to opt out easily.
I went in for some diagnostic work. The inspection was comprehensive and informative. They weren't really pushy about sales which is one thing I like. Very friendly staff. Overall a great group of people.
I have been going to Matt's since early 2011 and would not recommend any other shop in town! From the first time I stepped into Matt's, it has felt like home, and that has not changed over the last 9 years. I recently started going to this location due to other locations being closed, and it has quickly become my go-to out of all of the stores. Will and the techs Mike and Zach are excellent, and always go above and beyond to make things work! They are great about making sure their customers are comfortable with the work being done, and always willing to educate when necessary. Best shop ever!
I pulled in over heating. They got me in for an estimate the same day, fixed it the next day and even sent me home in an Uber. Great customer service and friendly staff! I will absolutely visit Matt's Auto again!!
I'll start by saying they can be a little pricey but honestly, you can't beat the service here. I started going here recently, needing an oil change at first, but they weren't hesitant to take me back and show me other issues that were going on with my '05 Taurus.nnWhen it comes to issues that I can't take care of myself, I trust my car with these guys. Fast, professional and efficient service. They give you a heads up on issues with your car, but don't pressure you into services that you don't want.
