Jim Fitzsimmons is amazing. I am very thankful for Jim he helped me when I got hurt at work and helped me a lot with my case and I know how hard it is finding a lawyer that will help you and not give up on ur case but he didn't and he pushed the company to take care of my case and I am happy I got the pleasure to have such a amazing lawyer like Jim Fitzsimmons to help me and through and even through the covid-19 restrictions while my case was still in motion and for everything he still dose to help out people that get hurt and deserve a fair hearing. I have had Jim Fitzsimmons help me with two work comp claims. Both claims were handled 100% to my satisfaction. Most recently I had another injury that was not a work comp claim, I needed some surgery and Medicare was not going to pay for medical bills because they felt it was related to previous work comp claim. I called Jim and explained what was going on and he proceeded to get all paper work to the proper people within 3 days so I could have surgery I needed. I do feel that Jim Fitzsimmons Law Firm is a excellent and trusting law firm, and would do anything possible to assist his clients.

I had Fitzsimmons Law Firm work on my work comp case. I thought everyone was very pleasant and informed on what was going on. When I would call when I was worried about something they would put me through to Jim whenever possible.
