The place is dated put clean. The breadsticks were amazing. Ordered a Supreme pizza. It had a strange tangy taste. After a few moments we arrived at the conclusion the cheese tasted off. The staff offered to remake it. We said no. She was very understanding and since we only ate 1 piece she credited us back money. The staff said they would go check on the cheese. We appreciate them being courteous. We will be back.
The pizz was delicious like always. What I dont understand is why all of the marinara sauce for the bread sticks was cold.
Our waitress was very good. Very friendly. she heard me having a discussion with my 3 young granddaughters and made a special personal pan pizza. very gracious. could not have asked for better service. food came quick. I would definitely recommend Mason city pizza hut to many
Think about it this way people that love to see things leave or close for good, we don't have many pizza places left in Mason City. Imagine how people in clear lake and Garner Iowa feel especially Garner Iowa people feel grant it they have Casey's and pizza ranch but no pizza hut. So before you force another pizza place to leave town for good think about their family and feeding them. There pizza is good for the money and not to expensive for dilevery. You need to think we don't have many places of pizza that have delivery either so please be kind and show respect to your fellow man or woman. I thank God for a pizza hut.
