Called to ask about pricing for an auto start. Guy barely spoke fluent English. When I asked to speak with another associate he denied me. Then said that they no longer do autostarts? Confused as their website has autostarts... my guess is that the associates don’t know what/anything about their product...

I have been taking all my Audi's to this shop since 2010. Great customer relationship and great prices. He is always busy with other cars but I come from Dickinson Nd and he always seems to fit me in his busy schedule. I may have to leave my vehicle for a few days but he always fixes the problems. I understand he is always busy and understaffed but I respect his HONESTY about what is wrong with my Vehicles.

Great estimate. The mechanic is very detailed and explain everything without charging an arm and a leg.

They've installed many things for me. Auto start, aux port, etc. I'll keep returning here when I need something because they're super polite and friendly and don't make me feel like a stupid female who doesn't know anything like the larger shops tend to do, their prices are reasonable, and they do the work fast.

Definitely would go back. Very good service and helpful.
