I was honestly nervous about purchasing my brand new pontoon at McLaughlin's because of so many complaints about them BUT I HIGHLY recommend stopping in and talking with Eric! Eric was great, he answered all my questions quickly when I was messaging him even though he was having a busy day. When I picked up my pontoon they had a technician tell us so much good information and show us around the pontoon. That tech was absolutely amazing. I am so pleased to of purchased my pontoon here! Thank you for the wonder experience Eric and the technician!(unfortunately I didn't grab the technicians name) but he put the icing on the cake for us!.. update now as of 7/9/20 I contacted the parts department and talked with a wonderful lady named Christa! She has responded so quickly and helping me out wonderfully. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and service with McLaughlin's! Thank you for being wonderful! My only question is why can't I rate higher then a 5! Because this place deserves it!!ud83dude01

Absolutely no follow up on questions about warranty work, or potential warranty work. Keep telling me they will check on it then nothing. Great at selling don't expect anything after that.

The experience at McLaughlin’s was very positive. Started looking at a pontoon in Detroit Lakes last August. Was able to track inventory on line through the winter. Started working with Nate Thompson in Fargo on-line early February. Nate kept me up to date on inventory through email and phone communication.We met in person to look at options on-site. He provided thorough information and detail. Excellent sales skills. Recommend Nate highly.

Our family had a great experience at McLaughlin's. We purchased a Bayliner boat and trailer and everyone was fantastic to work with. Eric responded to our email inquiry within an hour and answered our questions promptly. Nate was fantastic helping with the financing, and the service group immediately scheduled our pickup and orientation for the boat. We couldn't be happier with the price and the great customer service. I would come back here in a heartbeat. Check them out.

Nate was incredible!! His honesty, integrity and knowledge made it a very pleasant transaction! He was so helpful and easy to work with. We purchased our pontoon all over the phone because we live out of state and won't be there for a bit. He is head and shoulders above most sales people!! Great guy and if you can ask for him.
