Ordered online, arrived 5 minutes later. Order was ready, hot and service with a smile and greeting. Excellent!
If you order ahead you'll get your drinks pretty quick. Most of the time the drive thru is pretty busy. They do have mobile order parking but be mindful of the drive thru line, they will block you in and not move. Every 3 out of 5 of my orders is correct or complete. They are quick to correct and friendly.
This is my favorite store to go to. All the baristas are so friendly. I love using mobile order. They are so quick!
A bad setup with the parking lot and drive thru. I had only one parking spot option that I could actually get to (I ordered ahead so I needed to go in quick) and the parking lot was a hot mess with people trying to back out but couldn't because the drive thru line was blocking them in. I knew when it was my time to leave, I'd have the same problem. Sure enough, I had to wait for 3 vehicles to order in the drive thru and move up (which takes a solid 5+ minutes at Starbucks) before a vehicle gave me a gap to back out. Not worth the hassle, will go to a different location next time.nnDrink was good and made to order. I only had to wait a minute or two in the store until it was ready.
Employees willing to converse with their customers in a positive, enthusiastic manner. Drink was delivered in a timely manor, and was made correctly.
