Is this place closed? I have left two messages now and have not received a call back? Called about 2 weeks ago and then today and no response!
I rented a storage unit in Lone Tree. I called the first weekend in February to advise that I would no longer be occupying this unit. I was not charged February rent, received an invoice for March, called. Talked to a lady, advised again I no longer occupied this unit. No invoice this month (April, 2018) also no deposit check. Very frustrated with this storage facility. Cannot leave a message, message box is full. It rolled over to an excavation co. Also with the same name and voice on machine.nFinally, I received my deposit!
