Recently I purchased a 2011 F350 at Ron Alpen Ford in Durant Iowa.nThe process was seamless and even enjoyable because no one can takena joke like Dan Alpen and Dewey Telsrow Sales Associate. The truck was just what I needed and had been looking for for several months. they were even willing to remove my fifth wheel hitch from my old truck saving me an additional several hundred dollars an a new one. Upon leaving with my F350 I found a small problem with a automatic mirror I asked Dewey about it. Because it was late Friday afternoon on the start of a long Memorial Day weekend all the Techs had gone home. Dewey told me onnmy next visit he would make sure it was looked at. What more could I ask.nI recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Ford and is ready for a honest, no pressure pleasant experience.nWell I went back a week later and as promised the mirror was fixed and a few other small issues were addressed and repaired. How great is that, a car dealer actually followed through on a promise of repairs. A life long customer.
