Rude employees. You have to pay a fee a month if you do not meet their criteria. I had two accounts from Wells Fargo that I closed after being a customer for many years. My advice, lots of other banks in the city with no fees. Use one of those and not a Wells Fargo.

I've been with Wells Fargo since I've had a bank account. They are always very kind and understanding and, yes they have the same tricks every bank does, but this one is the best. Also, Cody and Justin are my bros.
Wells Fargo has some great things about it, but there are some things for me that ruined the experience.nnOne of them was being lied to about exchange rates when I had some extra currency from a foreign trip. I asked specifically about the rate of transfer and the bank worker said it was the exchange rate. It might be tied to that, but the bank takes a huge cut and this person directly denied it.nnThey also have many fees that they will hit you with unless you integrate all kinds of things, even if you don't want that.nnAt one point a banker was so insistent about me ordering a card I didn't want that I had to get up to leave.
