Cynthia does wonders! My wedding dress was too big after purchasing and had a lot of detail and a lot to be taken in. She worked so hard to make it everything I had ever dreamed of and it brought tears to my eyes seeing it fit. She is the best!
Cynthia is amazing. I dropped my wedding dress off to be altered just before lock down and I had to cancel my original last fitting. Our wedding had to be postponed and I really couldn’t thank her enough. She did a great job and I am so happy with my dress! (No photo yet because well I haven’t had the ceremony and I don’t want him to see it). She is very understanding and willing to work with you and explain her what her work to your garment will be. She also made me my veil. Which, I wanted a simple fingertip length veil no frills. I couldn’t justify the prices at wedding shops or online for a very plain Jane veil. Cynthia did an incredible job reinforcing a family heirloom (lace veil) and adding a comb to it. She took the time to listen and was interested in the story behind the piece. Highly recommend her work & great customer service!
I've had Cynthia's help with a few items. She is always very responsive, and gets things done in a timely manner. She genuinely listens to your vision, to make sure you both are on the same page. She does amazing work! I cant say enough greats things about her and her work.
When my daughter needed alterations to a bridesmaids dress, Cynthia was who we turned too. The dress fit my daughter to a T. Cynthia's turnaround time was very timely. And she is a pleasure to work with. You can tell that she loves what she does and wants every dress that leaves her shop to be perfect.
