Steve always goes above and beyond to take care of us. If he doesn't have what you're looking for on your lot he will find it. We would HIGHLY recommend Brass Ford! Their service department is fantastic as well- very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. We knew exactly what we wanted and were in an out in under an hour. We worked with Steve the whole time and weren’t shuffled around to different people. Steve didn’t try to sell us on a bunch of unnecessary extras and we got an amazing deal. Drove from Cedar Rapids and would definitely do it again!! Thanks!!

I purchased a used 2019 Ford Fusion Titanium from Steve at Highway 57 Ford. I was so tired of the auto dealership experience (playing games on price etc). It was so refreshing coming to Steve who was direct and up front about pricing and worked hard to find the car I wanted. It took some patience, but Steve helped me not settle until we found the right vehicle. Steve also did everything to make the experience as streamlined as possible. Once the car arrived he even changed the oil for me before I picked up the car.nnIf you want great service and the exact car you want then you MUST use Steve at Highway 57 Auto. Trust me, I went to about 7 dealers before him and I will never go to any other besides him from now on.

Worst car buying experience my wife and I have ever had and we have purchased several vehicles.. Traded car in for new truck(that broke down the second week we had it) It has now been a month& half, the car still hasn't been paid off. We have called numerous times and gave payoff info multiple times to dealership, just to get the run around and no returned calls. Never will buy, service or buy any accessories from them EVER AGAIN! And wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.

Hands down the best dealer I have had the pleasure to deal with in my 50 years. They truly care about our happiness before and after each sale and they are in my opinion top shelf all the way...!!!nIn this day and age of hard to find good business who just take your money and run, Brass Ford is doing business the right way by making each customer the priority, I always feel Steve and the guys at Brass Ford have my back and that’s the best feeling to have when you spend a lot you want that feeling ...!!!
