I always thought Swanson had a good name in the health industry, but the service is completely inadequate. The tracking number given was invalid, so I could not track my order for days. When I contacted customer service, I was told my order might arrive in another week, but that it would be transferred to another carrier before being delivered, so it could take up to 2 weeks. Nobody wants the hassle that goes along with ordering from a company like Swanson.
Fast shipping. Has a big inventory to choose from.
Unloading the truck was fast, even though it was scheduled for the next day, people are good at unloading
I used to buy everything locally. Then my sister told me about Swanson's. I started ordering from them, and they were great!!! I've made many orders over the past 6-7 years, and they've always aimed to please. If you're new to the Swanson's shopping experience, just give it a try, and if something doesn't seem right in the order, they are more than happy to work with you.
I visited Swanson’s Health in Fargo, ND on 10/17/19. I had many questions regarding many new products I was interested in adding to my regimen. Crystal did a great job going above and beyond her call of duty while helping me. She is not only very informative and educated on the products, her customer service skills are exceptional.
