As Pizza Huts go, this one is fine. The food is decent. The service was a little slow, though the workers deserve some sympathy. It was quite busy.
Got the wrong order and they refused to remake the pizza. Said that's 'what I ordered' and got super sassy over the phone. Great way to run a business.
On the positive side, this is the least greasy pizza hut I've eaten at and the most friendly. The staff have always been nice. However, the pizzas just arent that good and the reason this is getting such a low rating is that i always order DOUBLE toppings. I have never once received double toppings. The pizza is sparse. I pay for double toppings, i better get double toppings. I never do. I stopped eating at this pizza hut soley because of that. I got some again today, to see if they could redeem themselves. They did not. I ordered double everything and barely got what i would consider a normal amount of toppings. Disappointing and a waste of money. Im not sure why they dont put on many toppings. I suspect a management issue.
I was very disappointed that our gluten free pizza was not served in a box. It was served like the regular pizza. When I complained, I was told the serving platters were washed. I explained that it is still contaminated. I was not able to eat it due to that. We also had to ask for drink refills and plates and napkins. Terrible service and we will not be back!
Ordered online and got the wrong order but they refused to remake my pizza even if it was there fault. My receipt showed what I ordered but apparently pineapple is bacon now.
