Open for carry out only, but the food is worth it! The owner/head cook is an experienced chef who cooked in 4-star Hiltons before choosing Independence Iowa to open his own restaurant. Some offerings are gluten-free, but are prepared in the same kitchen.

I get Mongolian chicken extra spicy. If you like it hot you will need to tell them extra spicy and then it will only be medium hot but still tasty.
