They were so great. From start to finish every person we interacted with made sure to make us feel welcome and helped. Every question was a seaweed, every concern addressed. Right down to the stores policy I was satisfied with Rydell. Jeff our salesperson got us the exact car we wanted right off the bat, and Shawn the finance gentleman, had all of our paperwork ready to go. It was the fastest and most efficient I’ve ever bought a car, but at the same time the most comfortable and informed experience I’ve ever had as well. Would definitely recommend this place to any one who needs a car, service for their car, or a wash for it. I wish they did taxes or cleaned houses too, because I’m sure they would take just as much pride and care with that.

Greeted warmly and was made comfortable. Sales staff is interested in selling but not to the point that it is off putting. Clean brand new facility with a car wash. Good mix of vehicles typical of what you would expect with some surprises.
We bought a used car from the Independence store. We are retired and must say thus is the first car dealer that we will be happy to return for our next purchase. Jeff was a gentleman, friendly, and helpful. Our hats off to Rydell. By the way, we also got a great price compared to the national car websites. We highly recommend Rydells.
