Food is really good. Service is really bad. But if you live around here you know to call ahead and add 15min on to whatever time they tell you that it will be done. If you're visiting and looking for some awesome food. This is your place. Just don't expect it to be done in a half hr.
I had a warm welcome at the entrance and the staff in the kitchen prepared my food in a timely manner. I loved it.
Best hot ud83dudd25 and sour ud83dude0b ud83cudf72 around. Garlic chicken ud83dudc14 and Mongolian beef never disappoint.
The food is amazing. The service, however, is horrible! Only one waitress and she seems to not really know how to do her job, even though she's been there for years. She's slow to do anything. She added up a bill for four people (3 tickets) at our table; doing the math in her head. Then didn't understand why we wanted separate written tickets. When it seemed that she finally understood, she brought back three pieces of scrap paper with our orders and totals. So we had no way of knowing if her internal math was correct or not. We waited 45 minutes for our appetizers and an hour and a half for our food. As the restaurant started to fill up with people coming in for dinner, her pace didn't speed up at all. You would think, being the only waitress, that she would have some kind of hustle in her step.
Since when is cashew chicken spicy? Tasted like red pepper flakes were added, not good at all. If it is going to be spicy, mark it on the menu as such. 2 of the 4 crab rangoons had nothing inside them, just fried wonton wraps. We won't be back!
