Ordered online...after an hour tried to call to see what the status was on our order. BUSY signal on the phone, kept trying same result. Pizza finally delivered after an hour and 45 minutes from when it was ordered, Which at that point was cold questioned the delivery person and said “ we have 30 orders going.” Not my problem.... Cannot still get thru on the phone to complain.
Hanging up on customers after yelling at them because of a mistake one of your employees made is not how a business owner is supposed to treat his customers. Will never again eat there. The ownerJohn Wiechmann is far from professional. The least he could have done was try to correct the issue or apologize for the mistake. He lost my business for good.
The worst service I have ever had. I ordered a pizza at 630 call at 830 and ask where it is cause there tracker said it came out at 740 they tell me it will take 2 hours for it to get delivered. Terrible service. Never again pizza hut here I come.
Ok. I’m in Waverly because I work in this area. I’m extremely impressed by the timeliness and accuracy of my orders from this Domino’s. I work long hours and don’t feel like cooking after work. So about twice a week I will order delivery. In the 7 months I have been ordering from this store. Zero, not once, never has my order been late, cold, inaccurate or anything else negative.nnThree times I have ordered from the other chain with the red roof. And zero times was my order on time. Not to mention the cost being higher.nnI wish the domino’s in Council Bluffs was as good as this one(not that it's a bad Domino’s).nnThank you for your consistent outstanding service.
I hadn't had Domino's pizza in about 15 years because it used to be terrible. But they changed their recipes and I think it's great! The Waverly store is quick at making the order and the workers are very nice.
