This service has tanked in speed within the last few months. I suggest going another route until they figure out what's going on. The premium price no longer provides premium internet speed.
Fast reliable internet and great customer service! You just can't beat it!!
Great internet, very reliable compared to my prior carrier. I actually get the download speeds I signed up for which I've never seen before. They just increased everyone's speed up 100mbs while lowering the monthly price and you can't argue with that!

Wildly overpriced internet service that requires you get a phone line despite the internet being fiber to the door. I haven't used a home phone in a decade, and don't see a reason why I should be charged for it. Customer service is outsourced to NetIns.
