Good people in general but could use better communication.
Lincoln Homes is the only place to buy a home from, I have been purchasing homes from them for over 16 years. Curt and his staff are great to work with! from sales to delivery and setup. Prompt with returning calls, answering questions, and explaining the process of a special order home. I recommend Lincoln Homes to anyone looking to purchase a Manufactured Home/Modular Home.
Great people and very knowledgeable. Great service even after the sale. Curt goes above and beyond to ensure the jobs done right!
My wife and I bought a new manufactured home from Kurt and Clair at Lincoln Homes in the Summer of 2013. During the past year there have been several issues wherein the home needed some repair. None of these issues had to do with anything Lincoln Homes did or didn't do. Some siding and roof shingles needed repair and/or replacing, as well as a toilet. Lincoln Homes responded quickly and thoroughly. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone seeking honesty and competence with respect to their home purchase.
Totally satisfied with our new home. A few minor issues that were quickly remedied and smooth sailing since.nWe would definitely recommend Lincoln Homes.
