I love Taco John's, we think it's way better than Taco John's. BUT Taco Bell just discontinued a bunch of stuff from their menu, and a lot if them being pretty commonly ordered items. Not happy.
I've ordered through drive thru regularly. No issues with the workers or food. It is nice to have a place with good customer service and speedy completion of the order.
The food is cold and soggy when you get it at the drive through window. It is over priced and the employees don't make anything fresh. Usually your order is messed up because they through whatever old food on the counter into a bag and just hand it to you. This has happened at multiple locations throughout the state. They also have roaches in their dining area. Avoid at all costs.
Bleh, simply put. I ordered bean & cheese burritos and there was hardly any bean & cheese about them! I always ask for little ice in a soda.....doesn't happen and I don't think anyone knows what a napkin is!
Had some good and bad experiences here but they have usually tried to fix the problems. It just depends on who is working on whether the food will be good or not.
