If I could post pictures I would.nMy pizza came burnt and looked like it had been dropped. The bbq bacon chicken bites looked like a rectangle blob of cheese and tasted like it too.nThe saving grace was that the pepperoni pizza for the kids was fine. Not ordering from here again..

ordered on line, never received my order. Tried to call in and no one would answer, finally drove to the store and the manager was argumentative and insulting, stating that I must not have placed an order...went back home took pictures of the order, order number ectra... it even showed the managers name as the person who would be handling my online order. He finally made my pizza, and was still rude, I asked that my predetermined tip not be processed because I had to come in and get the pizza, he dismissed the notion and promised me that my card wouldn't even be touched, it was.....worst customer service ever, never had a store make a mistake and then blame the customer for the mistake, then when proven wrong did nothing, and I mean NOTHING to make up for my inconvenience. Obviously this manger feels he has too much business and want to get ride of 30 year customers.

We placed our order at 10:50 which we had confirmation that the order went through. But then we continued to wait over an hour and still hadn't received our delivery which we thought was weird since we live so close and have ordered before with it being delivered within 20 minutes or so. At 45 minutes in we tried to call to check on our order status. We then spent the next 20 minutes calling with no answer. My boyfriend then drove there and stood on the lobby for several minutes and then had to yell for someone to come up since the employees were apparently top busy talking in the back. Which they then informed him that they closed early (their hours clearly state open until 12 and we definitely placed our order plenty before then) not only did we not get to eat the pizza we were looking forward to after working a 14 hour day ourselves but I lost the money I was charged for the pizza was well. We're never ordering from here again, and would not recommend

This happened two different times when I placed an order online. The first time they said they couldn’t find my address and brought the food back without calling me so I had to call them and said they can try redelivering it. 15 minutes later they call me and say I need to place an order with a different store. The second time I waited an hour and called and they said they voided it and said it was going to another store to deliver it to me but they never even called them. They could have at least let me know so I could call the store without waiting an hour with them not even doing anything. Their customer service is terrible and they were so rude on the phone. Do not order from this store, place it from a different dominos. The one on 56th street is so nice and they even gave me a huge discount the first time this happened.
