I came in with a flat tire at the very end of the day. Instead of running me off, they greeted me promptly and got right to work. Service matters and so does attitude. I’ll certainly do business with Moffitt again based on this one “emergency” situation. Keep up the great work!

Extremely poor service. Promised loaner car but did not have one. Poorly informed employees. Need to crosstrain. Will not go back.
