For the most part clean. The facility should be maintained after move out. I do like the security fencing and gates.
Went to use the just rented store room to find gaping holes knocked out of the walls of the adjoining units. NOT SECURE. Appears to be managed from out of state. Local management is obviously not checking the status of vacant units before authorizing then ready for rental. Avoid.
Never got a bill when ownership changed. Then I get a bill with service charges so I sent payment. I get a second bill even more money-2 units same size, different amounts....nbank shows my payment processed jun5. Second letter arrived two days ago. No local contact info, no actual payment address. Can’t talk to someone at corporate. Get some robotic foreign voice that can only repeat certain phrases. So I can’t resolve bill payment. Horrible customer service
been trying to pay my bill at their kiosk since ownership is change this is a klusterfuk not only that they haven't even mowed the grass at this property it looks like a jungle. I've had to contact my lawyer just to try to pay my rent. I highly suggest not renting from this people it's all robotic and they take forever to get a hold of anyone.
