Terribly upset with the values of this company. Was charged $200 just because they were called out to tow a car which we moved ourselves once we heard the back up lights. The car was never touched by the truck and was not hooked up whatsoever. They would ONLY take cash payment, so we had to go to an atm and the driver in quote said he would not leave until he had the money. I have had previous experiences like this, and have never experienced such terrible customer service. Would not recommend this company to anyone based off of their obscene policies.

Where to begin. Forward my calls I’ve been trying for almost a year to get my car out and they refuse. I’ve only talked to the phone women and yes I say it like that because she had ZERO customer skills and really should look into a different job that suits her terrible attitude and bull faced lies. I’ve called many times to ask where this very elusive manager is and low and behold every time I get an answer he is not there. So fun fact, my car was towed illegally, then I’ve offered to come up and pick it up and no one answers. So months pass and I’ve been waiting for it to go up for auction because I’m not paying 10,000 dollars to get a car out they refuse to release to me. So I had my partner call and ask about getting it. The women informed him that I should drop the title and keys off and refused to let him see the car. Keep in mind I’ve tried for months. 10 unanswered emails. From 3 different email accounts. Multiple phone calls never answered but when my partner calls they pick up first ring. What they are doing is illegal. You can not hold someone’s car and then be unwilling to produce it when they are there. Shady to the max and should be prosecuted to the full extent. From many of the reviews these practices are common for them. So watch out beware of their schemes and have a lawyer handy.

When people lock themselves out of their cars at the convenience store where I work, this is the first place I direct them too. They work with AAA, are the quickest to respond, and are reasonably priced if the service isn't covered by AAA or insurance.

Great communication, timely service, reasonable rates and professional! Ethan was the operator and will call him again when we need another truck towed in the Ames area !! Most comments below are a joke and should be overlooked. Highly recommended!
