Leo was outstanding on my case. Very responsive....like extremely responsive- he even responded to my emails at 9 pm or later sometimes! He was very fair with compensation and does what’s in the best interest of his clients. He went the extra mile and even discussed my case with the attorney general. He included me on the documentation that he was sending in/sent a copy via email, and always kept me informed. I would highly recommend Leo for any unemployment case! Thanks Leo.

I was lucky to come across Mr.Wilking. He listened to me and was able to answer all of my questions for me. He came away with everything I was looking for. I asked Mr. Wilking for assistance while appealing a 'termination for cause' from my employer. Leo was direct about setting my expectations but agreed to guide me through the hearing. His professional counsel helped me to discover evidence and testimony that I would not have obtained by myself. Although the personnel review board did not give me the victory I wanted, they issued an 'acceptance of resignation' that may help explain the circumstances to my next employer. For this reason I feel the Wilking Law Firm's services were a valuable investment in my career.

After having a work place issue develop into more than just a work place issue, I spoke with Mr Wilking about my situation and he immediately started working with me and was available to answer all my questions and concerns. Has great follow-up and once he decides to take you on as a client, is all in 100%. Is extremely knowledgeable regarding college faculty issues, procedures, and personnel, making him a great hire for any collegiate work related issues. Highly recommend.
